For those moments that move people's hearts. I want to spend a special day at Itoyanagi that is different from everyday life.
It is because our guests feel this way that Itoyanagi has been chosen to this day.
As times change, the way of "lodging" changes drastically, and what people want from "lodging" also diversifies.
We want as many people as possible to feel happy to have stayed at Itoyanagi.
We want to be a ryokan where everyone who visits Itoyanagi can "remember that time we all spent together"
as a place to spend a special day or a place to strengthen bonds with loved ones.
We hope you will feel the "ingenuity that moves the heart" of Itoyanagi, which is dedicated to the thoughts of our guests,
the voices of the local community, and the growth of our employees.

New hotspot of Isawa-Onsen Resort
To a place of rest and relaxation where roses bloom
We want to energize the community by creating a place of relaxation where roses bloom along the river and people can gather. The "Rose Path" project was started with this in mind. Tree planting began in April 2021, and roses are now blooming for dozens of meters.
Fuefuki-shi, Yamanashi Prefecture is nationally famous for its peach blossoms that bloom in spring, but in fact, Fuefuki-shi's flower is the rose. More than half of all roses in Yamanashi Prefecture are grown in Fuefuki-shi. Roses are familiar to Fuefuki-shi residents, and beautiful roses are planted in the premises of JR Isawa-Onsen Station and at the rotary.
The roses to be planted along the river will be at their best in two years. Some of the planted roses are already in bloom and will grow and bloom in two years. Ms. Midori Goto of Komatsu Garden, who is in charge of overall rose production for the "Rose Path" project, is known as a leading expert in rose sapling cultivation. Ms. Goto says, "It takes about two years for roses to grow, but I hope that visitors to Ishiwa Onsen and local residents walking along the river will enjoy watching the roses grow one year and two years later. I hope that visitors to Ishiwa Onsen and local residents walking along the river will enjoy the roses as they grow.
Heart First Group (Itoyanagi Group)'s policy is to try anything that will please our customers and move their hearts. The staff gathered here are full of courage, energy, and motivation. Each and every one of our staff thinks about what they can do to move the hearts of our customers, and through their own unique ingenuity, the added value of "Itoyanagi" is created. With this added value and passion, we provide a quality space that cannot be found anywhere else.
Itoyanagi has existed as a leader in the Isawa Hot Spring Resort because each and every one of us has been straightforward with our customers and delivered our thoughts and feelings. From now on, we hope that the ingenuity that moves our hearts will lead others as a model of hospitality, and that people will want to experience Itoyanagi's hospitality and learn about our training and consideration for our employees, We will change as a leader in the inn industry, and by extension, hospitality.
Along with technological innovation, the nature of "lodging" has changed dramatically. However, this is precisely why inns have the added value of providing hospitality directly to guests. Each and every one of us at Itoyanagi is always looking for ways to add value to Itoyanagi. The added value of "Itoyanagi" is created through the ingenuity that only people can bring to the table in order to move people's hearts. With this added value and our thoughts, we will continue to provide a quality space that cannot be found anywhere else.
Our mission is to create excitement for our guests. One of the three pillars of our management philosophy is the creation of emotions. We create emotions, in other words, moments that move us emotionally. We imagine and create, and face with ingenuity to bring smiles to our guests' faces. We pursue ingenuity and express our feelings to the fullest so that our guests will think, "That's why I want to stay at Itoyanagi," and not only in terms of accommodation.
